Stan Rapp is the legendary direct marketing agency founder, keynote speaker and author of MaxiMarketing, the best-seller that first predicted the turnaround from mass marketing to the individualized marketing model. More than 500,000 copies of MaxiMarketing and the five books that followed have been sold with translations into a dozen languages.

For 23 years, Rapp was CEO of what is now Omnicom’s Rapp Collins Worldwide, one of the world’s leading direct marketing agencies with reported capitalized billings of more than $2 billion. For seven years he was CEO and then Chairman of the McCann Relationship Marketing business unit within McCann-Erickson Marketing Communications as well as serving on the Board of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup. The MRM Partners global agency grew eight-fold under his leadership to become a network of 64 offices in 35 countries with a blue-chip client list including General Motors, Microsoft, Dell, Nestle and UPS.

Rapp is a member of the DMA’s Hall of Fame and was named by Ad Age as one of the 101 people who shaped the history of advertising in the 20th century. He is the U.S. Editor of Admap, a prestigious UK marketing journal and with Richard Cross is co-authoring a new book, Be Better than the Best.

Currently, Rapp is a Senior Corporate Advisor to several innovative early-stage marketing services companies and speaks frequently at business conferences around the world on the new direction advertising and marketing is taking in the Digital Age.
