Glenn S. Elias Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects

Glenn Elias has over 20 years experience in research, consulting, delivery services, client and operations management in a broad range of technologies and vertical markets. Previously, Mr. Elias was a charter member of the solutions provider Brightware, where he started as Senior Consultant. Subsequent roles at the company included those of Regional Consulting Manager (North Central US), Consulting Director (Western US), Director of Product Services (North America) and a strategic role as Senior Director, North American Core Services, where he focused on Integration Services, Knowledge Management, Intellectual Property, Education Services and Operations. He also founded the Brightware Product Services applications delivery group to focus on the successful delivery of application products, effectively expanding the company's offerings. Prior to Brightware, he was a Senior Consultant with Inference Corporation and a Senior Member of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of the General Electric Aerospace Advanced Technology Labs, where he applied his skills to program management in the area of cognitive science and knowledge-based system technology. Prior to GE, he was a member of Westinghouse Research and Development Center's Human Sciences Laboratory, where he worked on projects in intelligent system development, applied cognitive psychology and human factors engineering. He holds a B.S. degree in Cognitive Psychology with concentration in Artificial Intelligence from Carnegie-Mellon University.
